Description OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST – HH & H- 56-80 hours per pay period/ M-F 8am-4:30pm
Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist is an integral part of the health care provider team. The position responsibilities include provision of quality patient care and functions as an advocate for the patient. The Occupational Therapist additionally participates in professional development and learning opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
B.S. or B.A. degree from an accredited University
History of consistent ongoing education in treatment modalities
Valid license as required by Minnesota; obtainable Wisconsin license within 6 months
CPR certified
OTR certified
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
One or more years experience as an occupational therapist in acute care, homecare or long-term care.
Previous employment history in good standing
